Arrowhead Ranch is one of the largest subdivisions in Peoria, and also features several smaller communities such as Highlands at Arrowhead Ranch, Palomino, Monarch Point, and Place Verdone. Palomino, for example, offers residents the option of waterfront living with its single family Shea Homes many of which are on the Arrowhead Lakes. Tuscany Point features Coventry homes, built around 1995, and many of these are also waterfront.
